5G Open RAN技術整合開發測試

• Execute integration test plans for Open RAN components including O-RU, O-DU, O-CU
• Validate end-to-end 5G NR performance through conformance, interoperability, and regression testing.
• Develop automated test frameworks and scripts (Python/Robot Framework) for continuous integration pipelines.
• Analyze KPI metrics (throughput, latency, RSRP, SINR) and troubleshoot radio/protocol layer issues.
• Assist to organize the standard spec of 3GPP, O-RAN Alliance, Small Cell Forum
